Over the years I have grown more and more interested in the field of human performance and one day realized I became a biohacker. I read countless books on biology and longevity sciences and have changed (and continue to amend) my lifestyle to improve my human performance (body and mind). This page is dedicated to how I have been perusing this interest.
The pandemic became the catalyst for taking my interests in health and longevity sciences and making my own personal study with data from wearables and sensors. Since then I have become an investor in a women's human performance company and on the board of a non-profit dedicated to the human performance of female soldiers.
